Rovers win 4th AMMC Cup in past 5

In a 4-1 victory over the Vipers, the Rovers win their 4th AMMC Cup since 2004. The Rovers won
in 2004, 2005, 2006 and now in 2009 as well. 2007 was won by Inter and the Cup was not played in 2008.
The match also saw 2 Rover players to Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Vipers looked to be the more-dangerous team in the first 20 minutes with
the better possession and territorial advantage.
Rovers blew the game open midway through the 2nd half (a few minutes
after the ambulance left the field), scoring 2 goals in a span of about
3 minutes. Vipers cut the lead to 3-1 with about 8 minutes to go on a free kick
from about 30 yards out. Rovers regained the 3-goal cushion 45-seconds
later.
Very tough, physical game.
